The Therapist

Gregory Wilson has been working with families as a therapist since 1986. He is a Fellow in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors. His specialties are Family Systems, relationships, and individual development. Gregory is founder of Belief Systems Therapy and brings a unique perspective in resolving conflicts and reducing emotional reactivity in families.

The Captain

Bruce Wilson grew up on the Chesapeake Bay. Fishing has always been a part of his life. Bruce’s experience includes fishing on the Bay, on rivers in Maryland and Pennsylvania, the Florida Keys, and lakes in the Northeastern US and the Canadian wilderness. In 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999 Bruce has  trained with the nation’s best bass fishermen at the “Bass Fishing Techniques”  fishing school.
 
 

The Captain's Assistant

Matt Wilson is 19 and has successfully fished in the Florida Keys, Chesapeake Bay, Maryland rivers, and Canadian lakes. Matt has a keen sense of how to catch fish and land the big ones.
 
 

Bruce and Gregory are brothers, and Matt is Gregory’s son. These three family members have worked through divorce, blending families, and know from experience that families can endure difficult times and manage to reconcile. The staff of Wilderness Family Counseling is dedicated to resolving present difficulties and working with families to provide for enjoyable future years.
